Hampton Inn & Suites Memphis-Beale Street

From the moment we checked in, our experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites on Beale Street was outstanding. Sharon and Amy at the front desk took amazing care of us they were warm, professional, and made us feel immediately welcome. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were perfect for a great night’s sleep big, soft, and paired with fluffy pillows. The bathroom was good size with a large walk-in shower, which was a nice touch. The highlight of our stay, however, was breakfast. Ashley and the rest of the breakfast team went above and beyond! Ashley’s friendliness, energy, and genuine care for the guests made every morning enjoyable. The breakfast area was spotless and continuously restocked, and while the breakfast is complimentary, you can truly see the pride and effort they put into it. Parking was convenient attached directly to the hotel, so no worries about the weather. There is a small fee $20.00 but the convenience is well worth it. Overall, this hotel exceeded expectations in every way. I highly recommend staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites on Beale Street. It’s comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly located right in the heart of the action.

The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast was different each day. Ashley at the hotel cafe was amazingly pleasant, professional, courteous & entertaining! She's a TRUE KEEPER!

Lovely hotel and would highly recommend when in Memphis. The rooms are clean, staff friendly and breakfast downstairs is enough to get the day going. The hotel is also in a great location for Beale Street drinks & music in the evening and a quick walk to the Peabody for the 11am duck show. A drive over to the Pro Bass pyramid is also only 10-15 minutes drive away.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites on Beale Street. The location is perfect — right in the middle of everything but still quiet and comfortable inside. The room was clean, the bed was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was good, and the lobby area was inviting. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I’d definitely come back next time I’m in Memphis.

We were so happy with all the hotel offers including 24 hrs use of the pool!But what stood out the most was Ashley who we met at the morning breakfast buffet. Her personality and her attentiveness to looking after hotel guest was top notch. This hotel is lucky to have a awesome employee who cares enough to make the guests feel welcome. We stayed at different Hampton Inns on a trip to Graceland-the other hotels were okay but this one was by far our favorite!

FIVE STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed here on our vacation for one night! It is right next to Beale Street! The hotel even tells you if you don’t want to hear music all night, this isn’t the place for you! We had complementary ear plugs in our room, but we were on the 6th floor and really didn’t hear any loud noise! John at the front desk was just amazing!!!! Any info you need, he can provide!!!! Every hotel needs a John at their front desk! At the complimentary breakfast, Ashley was fabulous! She was cheerful and very helpful, serving each guest as if they were her family member! And we were eating breakfast around 6:30am. She definitely made our day brighter with her personality and overall demeanor! The amenities are fabulous, the views are beautiful and we will be back to stay here again! John and Ashley, our family appreciates y’all!!!

First time to Memphis and could not have been happier with the choice to stay here! The parking garage is accessible from the front door of the hotel or from the street. Parking rate was reasonable. You are in the heart of Beale Street and easily walkable to everything there. The staff was super friendly. The room was clean. The sheets were fresh. The free breakfast was amazing!

Great location! Was very quiet even though they let you know it may not be. We were able to walk almost everywhere except Graceland. The staff was very very friendly and personable. We were always greeted even if they were assisting someone else no matter what time it was. The rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job keeping things stocked. There were a couple of mechanical issues that couldn't be helped but those things happen and it had no effect on our stay. If I come back this is where I'm staying. They also have convenient paid parking.
